What is GDPR?

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a Directive of the European Union that has applied since May 25, 2018 and aims to protect the personal data of the European consumers. The directive defines the operational context of businesses, namely how companies collect, store and manage the personal data of their customers, in order to ensure transparency and consumer protection.
