Defective product

Our concern here at KLOSTI is to deliver, not only goods of outstanding quality, but also that said goods reach you at an excellent state. For this reason all goods are packaged meticulously with the utmost care and inspected several times before posting your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product you must get in touch with us immediately, within 3 days, via email at sales@klosti.com. In  your message you should describe the nature of the problem you encountered and, if possible, attach a photo depicting the problem. We will then proceed in replacing said defective product with a new one or reimburse its value in a bank account you will provide.

Withdrawal

In the event that a purchased product fails to meet your standards you reserve the right of withdrawal. This applies to all our products except custom products that were made especially for you. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us via email at sales@klosti.com within 14 days or fill the relevant form, to be found here. As soon as we receive your email we will acknowledge your claim and get in touch with you.

You must return the product you are not happy with within 14 days from the day you made the withdrawal declaration. You can choose how you ship the product back to us. For those residing in Greece we recommend the pick up service. Should you choose this service, a representative from the courier company will visit you and pick up the item you wish to return to us. Please be advised that you must honor the appointment or you will not be able to enjoy this offer. 

When we receive the product (or a voucher that you have actually sent it to us) we will ensure its excellent state and immediately proceed to reimburse you by depositing the cost of the product as well as the shipping charges on your bank account. Alternatively we can reimburse the cost of the product utilizing the same means of payment that you used when you made the purchase. If the product reaches us in a less than perfect state due to poor packaging or usage (see Terms and Conditions) we regret to reimburse you the product at a discounted rate, which could amount to 30-50% of the original value.

Finally, please note, that should you choose to return the product to us using the pick up a service we offer then you will not be reimbursed for return costs of the product because said costs will offset the cost of delivery of the product to us (for which you are responsible).
