Delivery times

Based on our experience, we can confidently state that most orders to Switzerland are usually delivered within 2-3 business days when shipped with our Courier partner. Orders shipped with the Hellenic Post now take 5-6 days. Orders shipped to the UK are delivered in 3 using Courier Services and in 8 to 10 days using Standard Mail. In the aftermath of Brexit there are delays, we ask for your patience. Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic additional delays are possible.

We ship to Canada and the United States of America using Hellenic Post or Courier Services. Regardless of which method you choose, your parcel will be tracked. Please note that deliveries outside of Europe may be subjected to additional taxes/duties or be inspected by local custom authorities. Regretfully we have no control over possible inspections or additional charges that your order may incur.

We offer a variety of options to pay for your order:

1) With a credit, debit, prepaid card or your electronic wallet

You can pay using your VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, MAESTRO or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit, debit or prepaid card and the electronic wallet Masterpass. Should you choose this option you will automatically be directed to the website of Alpha Bank where you will be prompted to introduce your card's data. After the process is over you will be redirected to our website. 

We have chosen this partnership with the leading Greek bank in order to best protect your data; your credit, debit or prepaid card information stays exclusively with the Bank, never becoming available to (or even appearing in) the eshop environment.

2) Paypal

If you choose to use PayPal service, you will be transferred to PayPal's website to pay for your order.

3) Bank deposit

Once you have made your bank transfer kindly notify us by sending us an email. If possible, attach proof of payment.

4) Pay upon receipt

For those residing in Greece, there is the possibility to pay upon receipt of the goods. In this case you will pay the representative of the courier company once s/he delivers the purchase to you.

Would you like to offer one of our products as a gift? We are honored!

The process is quite simple. When you reach the step "Shipping details" you will be asked to state how many gift boxes you wish. In the box "Notes upon delivery" you can tell us in detail which items will be packaged as gifts and if there are two products that are to be included in the same gift box. In this way, once you receive your order, you will not have to worry about packaging as your gifts will be all set to be offered!

Our packaging has been inspired by the colors of the Greek seas hence you will see assorted blues, a bit of green and white. We also use craft colored paper which emulates wood to denote the natural and handmade character of our products.

Our 360 approach to packing is naturally not limited to aesthetics. We meticulously wrap of all your purchases with bubble wrap, cushioning materials and packing pillows to ensure that your products will arrive to you in perfect state.

Defective product

Our concern here at KLOSTI is to deliver, not only goods of outstanding quality, but also that said goods reach you at an excellent state. For this reason all goods are packaged meticulously with the utmost care and inspected several times before posting your order.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product you must get in touch with us immediately, within 3 days, via email at sales@klosti.com. In  your message you should describe the nature of the problem you encountered and, if possible, attach a photo depicting the problem. We will then proceed in replacing said defective product with a new one or reimburse its value in a bank account you will provide.

Withdrawal

In the event that a purchased product fails to meet your standards you reserve the right of withdrawal. This applies to all our products except custom products that were made especially for you. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal you must notify us via email at sales@klosti.com within 14 days or fill the relevant form, to be found here. As soon as we receive your email we will acknowledge your claim and get in touch with you.

You must return the product you are not happy with within 14 days from the day you made the withdrawal declaration. You can choose how you ship the product back to us. For those residing in Greece we recommend the pick up service. Should you choose this service, a representative from the courier company will visit you and pick up the item you wish to return to us. Please be advised that you must honor the appointment or you will not be able to enjoy this offer. 

When we receive the product (or a voucher that you have actually sent it to us) we will ensure its excellent state and immediately proceed to reimburse you by depositing the cost of the product as well as the shipping charges on your bank account. Alternatively we can reimburse the cost of the product utilizing the same means of payment that you used when you made the purchase. If the product reaches us in a less than perfect state due to poor packaging or usage (see Terms and Conditions) we regret to reimburse you the product at a discounted rate, which could amount to 30-50% of the original value.

Finally, please note, that should you choose to return the product to us using the pick up a service we offer then you will not be reimbursed for return costs of the product because said costs will offset the cost of delivery of the product to us (for which you are responsible).
